Almost everyone in business needs to be able to communicate effectively to get things done. Technology often makes us more distant rather than helping us build rapport and be fully understood. This course helps staff and managers practise avoiding appearing aggressive or submissive to others. It helps them recognise the triggers for difficult behaviour in themselves and others so they can chose a professional response.
Delegates are given tools and techniques for dealing assertively and constructively with difficult behaviours in the workplace, leading to more positive outcomes. All in all it's a course few can afford to miss if they value building better, more productive relationships in work and life.
