Blackman Terry Accountants are extremely pleased to say that our very own Jon Terry has teamed up with Harry Morgan of Wellesley Wealth Advisory to bring you an informative Business MOT Seminar to show business owners how to pay less tax and prepare their exit strategy.

Jon will be discussing a number of elements that will help you to understand more about the current financial position of your business in the market, allowing you to effectively prepare for a sale or family takeover, and also take into account tax efficiency.

Harry will also be discussing shareholder protection and profit extraction for when you’re looking to retire, allowing you to truly prepare for the future.

The event will be held on 9th July 2019 at the Roffey Park Institute in Horsham from 8am until 10am – the timetable for the morning is as follows:

08:00 – 08:30: Registration and breakfast

08:30 – 09:30: Presentations

09:30 – 10:00: Networking
