Effective conversations are the key to our personal and business success. Yes it is as simple and as difficult as that! To get the best business results we need to know how to communicate in an open, honest and authentic way. Sometimes we need to deliver bad news, or can’t meet people’s expectations.

Savvy Conversations Workshop with Sarah Harvey

Savvy Conversations in the Workplace

Effective conversations are the key to our personal and business success. Yes it is as simple and as difficult as that! To get the best business results we need to know how to communicate in an open, honest and authentic way. Sometimes we need to deliver bad news, or can’t meet people’s expectations.

At the same time, maintaining positive relationships is crucial. People buy from people, often making emotionally driven buying decisions.  Staff are more engaged and more loyal to credible managers that they can relate to. Customers rave about businesses when they feel they’re in safe hands and return to those who take the time to build trusted relationships.

So it really pays to understand the value of having the right conversation, in the right way, at the right time. In other words, to have Savvy Conversations® in theWorkplace.

This Savvy Conversations® Workshop is for you if you are a:

  • ·Leader of people
  • ·Small Business Owner or Director
  • ·Senior or Middle Manager
  • ·Team Leader or Supervisor
  • ·Head of Department
  • ·HR professional

Come along to this interactive and practical half-day workshop to refresh your workplace conversation skills.  You will learn new strategies and gain a deeper insight into just how to have any conversation with greater success.

  • Stop avoiding those really difficult conversations.

  • Stop being too polite for fear of hurting people’s feelings.

Start conquering your conversation challenges using the proven CREDSTM Model from Savvy Conversations®.
