The Coast to Capital Growth Hub team provides fully funded advice, support, investment and strategic leadership to help small and medium sized enterprises drive sustainable business success and regional economic growth in West Sussex, Brighton and Hove and East Surrey (Epsom and Ewell, Reigate and Banstead, Tandridge and Mole Valley).
The Growth Relationship Team are the first point of contact for finding business support for your business. The team help you review your business, identifying barriers to your growth and direct you to solutions from the very wide range of support available including funding, support programmes or specialists.

Nass is responsible for uncovering the challenges & barriers businesses face. To create bespoke packages of support to help them achieve their business aim. Listening and understanding their business problems, will enable Nasser to sign post businesses to the vast array of support Coast to Capital and it's partners offer.
Ryan is responsible for leading a team of Growth Relationship Associates focused on engaging with businesses to help identify barriers they face when scaling up through coaching, working on a structured growth plan and advising on specialist solutions available.
Taygan provides support to the team of Growth Relationship Associates by providing the Growth Hub ‘triage service’ and is responsible for assessing the needs of businesses and referring them to the National Helpline, Growth Relationship Associates or the providers of local, regional and national business support.
