Your website is your online sales presence. Get it right and your online sales ‘person’ will work 24/7 for you generating leads. However, a sloppy, poorly presented site will give the wrong impression and could drive away potential customers.

If you’re a business owner or marketing manager of a business to business, or consumer-facing company, this session is ideal for you. You’ll discover four key elements to make your company website work harder for you and bring in that all-important business, converting prospects into customers.

This Bite-sized Learning session will take you through:

  • Understanding your audience – how to identify your key customers and build a website that connects with customers on their level
  • Developing a user flow that delivers prospects – learn how to make potential customers do what you want them to do, from filling out your form or calling you, to buying your products
  • Getting the design right – discover how to use colour, effective navigation and on-brand images to keep visitors on your site for longer
  • Driving traffic through content, ads and SEO – use entry-level tools and resources to get your site moving towards the top of search engine results

Together we’ll look at best practice examples and fill out some handy worksheets. We’ll start with a strategy session to help guide your marketing efforts from the get-go. Then we’ll work with you to understand what your company needs to grow in a digital world. Finally, we’ll build the branding and digital marketing assets you need to power up your business.

You’ll leave with proven strategies to make your website more effective at building trust in your industry sector and drive leads.

Who for: Business owners and marketing managers of both B2B and B2C companies who want to improve their online presence. You’ll need to have a good understanding of your business identity and goals. You may already have a business website that needs improving, or about to build one.
