Course details: Building and maintaining relationships with our customers is vital at any time, but particularly during the current situation. 2020 has been a challenge for most businesses, but it has also been a challenge for our customers. Our brains have been affected in ways that we may not even realise.


The frustration of lockdown, concerns about health, insecurity and uncertainty about the future - these have all had an impact on the way we think and feel. This in turn has a bearing on how we communicate and interact with each other. This brief course will help you understand the psychology at play during these exceptional times and what you can do to overcome the more negative impacts.
