This course will be delivered over 3 days, in 4-hour sessions:

WSX Enterprise understands that this is an especially challenging time to be running and trying to grow your business.

Whether you have started your business in the past year or you have had to adapt due to COVID-19, this Programme will be beneficial to you.

This programme aims to drive your business forward and give it the best chance of success, whilst also providing a space for you to meet other business owners. You have a chance to extend your network and learn from your peers and you might find comfort in how they are experiencing some of the same issues.

Although this event won't be covering any COVID-specific support schemes, they will be covering Business Planning (How to write a Business Plan), Ways to Finance your Business, Grants, Cash Flow/Profit & Loss and Managing your Business.

The 3-day programme will be delivered over 3 days listed above, each containing 4-hour sessions, with each day split into several key online sessions.

You will be provided with downloadable and printable resources to support each session and time to complete these during the sessions, with joint exercises also to complete to make it as interactive as possible.

The WSX Enterprise team will be available throughout the days to deal with questions and queries. Coffee-breaks have been programmed into the sessions.
