Whether your business is poised for growth, looking for continued success, or recovering from crisis, there are many reasons why you might need to write a business plan. And it can feel a little daunting! But it doesn’t have to be. In this session, we’ll look at why a business plan can help you achieve success, what it should cover, who it’s aimed at and how to approach it.

 

Who is it for:  

Leaders of established businesses.

 

What will I get out of it? 

An understanding of the value of a good business plan and tips on how to go about writing one.

 

Who is it by? 

Lisa Kerr of Consulting with Kerr Ltd.  Lisa is a highly experienced business adviser. She has worked with companies of all sizes across a range of sectors and geographies, from global professional services firms to regional SMEs. Lisa is also a Coast to Capital Growth Champion, supporting SMEs in the C2C area with business plans, financial planning, grant applications and operational productivity. 

Accessing the event: 

Once registered, a Zoom link will be sent you via the email address you have registered with. This link will be sent to you 2 days before the event is due to start and on the morning of the event. 

This event is virtual and will be delivered via Zoom. You don't need a Zoom account to take part in this event. We will send you a link and it will take your straight to the event. Please ensure that you arrive 5/10 minutes early to allow time for dealing with any issues and making sure you are set up and ready
