Select Office Services is based at Forum House Business Centre in Stirling Road, Chichester, West Sussex, which it also manages. As part of its business service it provides a Virtual Office to individuals and companies.

For those who are not familiar with the term, a Virtual Office is an office without fixed premises whereby the entrepreneur or employee is provided with all the work tools he/she requires and a full range of communications, such as email, phone, letter-post and meeting rooms.


Select Office Services has been operating from Forum House Business Centre since its inception in 1982, providing professional business services for the small business, medium sized businesses and many individuals. Its accommodation address service is very popular.


Select Office Services also manages Forum House Business Centre – where we are located – which is a 45 office, 8 storage unit, serviced office building in the busy city of Chichester.


The centre of Chichester is just 5 minutes walk and the 900 space Market car park is adjacent to the building so it is convenient to use and very easy to pop in for a chat.


Select Office Services can help to provide you with an affordable and professional Virtual Office service with a central Chichester address without the expense of an actual office.


As part of our Virtual Office services, Select Office Services are also able to offer quality colour printing and photocopying services at competitive rates, in addition to a fast scanning service, telephone answering, scan to email, mail collection and forwarding.


Meeting rooms can be hired from £11.00 per hour at short notice. (Subject to availability). You can also use the address for your registered office at Companies House.

Some furniture available free of charge.


All prices are inclusive of power, Uniform Business Rates, cleaning, beverages, reception services, message taking and small meeting rooms, but exclude VAT. Parking spaces are £65.00 ex VAT – there will be one available in July.
